Dehalaya is the institute which held purely only yoga on different forms ...Here we are conducting program like teacher training course, advance asanas practice,yoga alignment,yoga therapy and meditation course along with that we have yoga regular classes daily with asanas pranayama and meditation classes for all categories . General class timings
First batch : 6am to 7am
Second batch:7 to 8 am
Third batch :11am to 12
Fourth batch:6pm to 7pm daily classes will be in different forms and creative with lots of flexibility and strengthening practice
One free trial class will be given to check the flow of the class ...our motive is to give the full essence of yoga to our clients...hariom 🙏
