Introduction
Yoga Sutra is a classical text written by the great Sage Patanjali in 4th century this text contains 4 chapters which includes all the dimensions of yoga. It is one of the foundation books to understand the philosophy of Yoga and its vision. This course gives immense knowledge about different aspect of Yogic philosophy with reference of this book specially and others such as Hatha Yoga Pradipika, Shiva Samhita, Gheranda Samhita and Viveka Chudamani.
