Students are encouraged to first visit school to determine if it would be a good fit for the them. If they decides to go forward with the Admission process, the following steps occur:

1) Shadowing visit

The student visits the school for one full day, and then schedules a second visit at the recommendation of the teachers and admissions team. The student will be shadowing one or two students during the day as they attend classes.  The student is formally interviewed during the second or third visit by teacher.

2) Application submitted

If the admissions coordinator, teaching team and student decide to move forward with the application, then the formal process begins. Student submit the application online (recommended) or contact us if you have any more questions.

3) Faculty review and interviews
The application are reviewed by the admissions coordinator and teaching staff to determine if the school can likely meet the academic needs of the student. If the teachers feel this school is a good fit for the student, an interview is scheduled during the second or third visit with the student. If the teachers do not feel they can meet the student’s needs, the process ends and student is notified by the Admissions Coordinator.

4) Admission Coordinator and Teacher Interview with student
The interview provides a chance for student to ask in-depth questions about being a part of the school. This interview may happen at any time during the visiting process and allows the student to also ask important questions.

What to Bring to the Admission Interview?
The Admission Coordinator focuses on students as quality and collaborative workers and on their ability to become active student  in our school. Because of this we ask that students bring examples of work that they are proud of or that illustrate activities or subjects they are passionate about. Examples include, but are not limited to, work that showcases academic or artistic work, group projects, sports, community service, travel experience, dance, theater and any other areas the student is passionate about.

What to expect at the Admission Interview?
The Admission interviews are 20-30 minutes for the student and are scheduled during the second visiting day with a teacher and student admissions team member.

5) Next steps upon admission

Student completes the necessary forms. Payment in full is due before one week of the beginning of the course. If student is registering after the due date, the full tuition is due with application to reserve space.

6) Refund and Cancellation Policy

In extenuating circumstances, such as bereavement or serious illness, the course can be deferred to a later date, subject to availability. NO REFUNDS, CREDITS OR TRANSFERS ARE AVAILABLE ON CANCELLATION DURING OR AFTER THE START DATE OF ANY TEACHER TRAININGS.
